Michael Semple FCA - Executive Director

Michael was a co-founder of CFI in 1987.  A Chartered Accountant, he has a merchant banking background having held senior positions in ICC Bank plc and Allied Irish Banks plc.  He has extensive experience of corporate finance, strategic advice and is founder of Surrenda-Link Limited a significant UK asset management company with c. € 1 billion under management.  He also serves on the boards of a number of companies.

Peter Blessing FCA FIATI MBA - Executive Director

Peter is a qualified engineer and Chartered Accountant.  He spent a number of years working as a computer consultant with KPMG, and subsequently worked for many years in merchant banking having held senior positions in Allied Irish Banks plc and Credit Lyonnais.  He serves on the boards of a number of companies.

John Walsh - Executive Director UK

John is a London based Surveyor.  He has 20 years property investment and development experience in the UK market operating in both the commercial and residential sectors.  John specialises in identifying properties with potential that is not immediately apparent and adding value to investment properties.  Most transactions have been purchased off market or have been offered to a limited number of parties resulting from Johns comprehensive contact base among specialist investment agents, property companies, institutions and developers.  As a result of his active involvement in the market, he has considerable practical knowledge of the planning authorities and regulations in the UK.

Luke G. Mooney - Marketing Director

Luke holds a BA Finance & Economics (Hons) from NUI Maynooth graduating in 1997.  Prior to joining CFI Property in June 2005 Luke has worked in various private client advisory roles in Bank of Ireland Asset Management, Bank of Ireland Life and latterly as Senior Manager in IIB Private Banking.

Brian Cooney ASCS MRICS - Property Director

Brian holds a BSc (Hons) from Trinity College Dublin from graduating in 1997.  He is a practicing chartered surveyor specialising in the investment market. Prior to joining CFI Property in May 2006, Brian worked in Hamilton Osborne King where, as a senior associate director of the investment department, he advised the firms private and institutional clients on property investment acquisition, asset management, and disposal.  Brian is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and an associate of The Society of Chartered Surveyors.

John Murphy FCCA - Administration Director

John Murphy B. Comm. FCCA, has a career background in corporate banking, financial control, company secretarial, fund administration activities and whose directorships include those in regulated companies.

Sarah Stapleton - Office Manager

Sarah joined CFI Property in July 2004.  While successfully managing the office she is also Executive Assistant to each of the Directors.  Sarah liases directly with property agents, banks, accountants and CFI Property investors.
